The room here was impressively clean and really spacious. Plus, the bed was super comfy! 😊 Overall, everything was in great shape, and I really enjoyed my time here.

My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay at the Wyndham VR Governor's Green. The resort had plenty to offer; indoor and outdoor pools, put put, golf, an activities room. The room was very clean, and staff were friendly. The resort is close to shopping, restaurants, and Colonial Williamsburg. The only negatives about the resort is the timeshare representatives who are there to greet you immediately after you check in. Also, the walls are very thin. We had a 1 bedroom suite, which had a block off and we were able to hear our neighbor's children through the door. Other than that, it was a great getaway.

Came in Williamsburg for vacation, the hotel met expectations. Great service, provided by the exceptionally nice staff. The rooms were big size, with a dining area, a seating area, and ironing facilities, extremely comfy bed. The casual restaurant served variety of good food.

Some people working there were absolutely rude.

The location was fantastic, close to everything you need. the staff were incredibly accommodating, offering early check-in and late check-out. - the room was spacious, nicely furnished, and had a great view, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep.

Check-in was fast and easy with the exception of obtaining a parking pass. After we received our room key we were sent to the concierge for a parking pass, however, she wanted us to fill out a lengthy form so the timeshare sales person could contact us before giving us the pass. I politely declined 5 times before she rudely snatched the form from me and gave me the parking pass. Needless to say, it was not the best first impression. We stayed in a one bedroom deluxe which was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was huge with a jetted tub and large tiled shower. The kitchen was clean and stoked with everything you'd expect from a hotel.

The pillows were foam and very uncomfortable. The concierge was pushy and aggressive. The bathroom had a huge octagonal window which had no covering and no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom which allowed the outdoor lights and the morning sun to come blazing into the bedroom. If you can get a comparable price at King’s Creek Plantation, stay there instead on your trip to Williamsburg.

Very spacious 2-bedroom condo. Large beds, huge master bath, good size kitchen. Nice flat-screen in family room. Lots of room for family of 4. Miniature golf is lighted so you can play at dusk.

"Adult pool" was not much bigger than a bathtub. The resort has 3 pools, none of which are suitable for swimming laps. Would be nice if the indoor pool had a lap lane so you could swim without people getting in the way.

I enjoyed the Adult Pool.

I had a problem with the reservations. I added an extra day to my reservations and either you or their reservation service failed to follow through with the reservation twice. The first time I called Booked.net I was told that it was taken care of and so we went on an excursion only to come back to our room with a security guard waiting for us to throw us out. After calling again at the reservation desk it was straigthened out and our next night was secured but we embarrased and upset by then. Your reservationist said they had faxed it twice and Wyndham insisted they never got it twice. Either way, we were humilated.

Our stay at Club Wyndham was absolutely wonderful! The spacious unit had everything we needed and was well-equipped. The beautiful grounds and variety of activities offered kept us entertained throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this resort for a fantastic vacation experience.

The staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Great location near attractions. Kids had their own bedroom with two queen beds. Well-stocked kitchen. Birthday gift for my granddaughter and accommodating pool schedule. Late checkout provided. Will return.

Generally everything was well-maintained. Everybody was very welcoming and polite. I got a generally clean room with own bathroom.

The location is convenient to everything in the area, making it easy to explore the nearby sites. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities like a kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff was friendly and committed to our happiness, offering warm cookies at check-in and providing helpful assistance at the front desk.

The walls were thin and noise from neighboring units was easily heard, leading to disturbances during our stay.

The staff is accommodating at all the levels.
